New-user setup
Laptop imaging, credential provisioning, application install, VPN setup, user orientation. For new hires - or users transitioning from another company.
Hands-on IT support across Miami-Dade and Broward. New hardware deployment, office moves, conference-room builds, cable runs, and the kinds of issues that only get resolved when someone is in the room.
Miami-Dade & Broward - Same-day for managed clients - Bilingual technicians
You can't replace a failed switch, terminate a new cable run, or train a new hire on a practice-management system over Zoom. Onsite IT isn't the primary job of most modern MSPs - which is exactly why the jobs that need it keep getting delayed. We staff local technicians across South Florida for exactly this reason: when remote support can't finish the job, someone heads to your office the same day.
A local, bilingual (English / Spanish) technician arrives with the right tools, the right documentation, and direct contact with the senior engineer who owns your account.

Staff across Miami-Dade and Broward - same-day dispatch for managed clients, next-day for scheduled projects.
English and Spanish - important for much of our client base and their staff.
When our onsite tech finishes, the remote engineer on your account already knows what happened. One ticket, not three.
Every onsite visit ends with a written note in your documentation: what was done, what's still pending, what you should watch for.
Outstanding service and great people. I highly recommend to everyone.

Managed clients typically see same-day onsite for priority issues. Standalone onsite visits are usually next-day. Emergency same-day is available for existing clients.
Miami-Dade and Broward are primary. Palm Beach, the Keys, and Naples/Fort Myers are handled case-by-case.
For managed clients, it's bundled into the monthly agreement with a reasonable-use policy. For standalone engagements, it's billed in half-hour increments with a short minimum.
