Common questions

Does Microsoft 365 back up my data?

Not the way you think. Microsoft replicates for availability but recovery options for deleted data are limited. Third-party M365 backup is the only reliable way to recover deleted mail, files, or Teams content months later. We deploy it as part of our standard engagement.

We already have Microsoft 365 - can you take it over?

Yes. Most engagements start with a tenant audit, then a 30-day hardening project, then ongoing administration. No migration required if you are staying on Microsoft 365.

Can you migrate us from Google Workspace?

Yes, frequently. Migrations are done with zero-downtime cutovers for most mailboxes. Drive/OneDrive data is migrated with permissions preserved.

What about Microsoft Teams?

Teams comes with Microsoft 365 and we configure it for real business use: channel structure, guest access policies, recording retention, phone system integration.

How is this priced?

Licensing is billed at Microsoft MSRP - we make our margin on the administration side, not on license markup. Administration is per-user monthly or project-based for one-time hardening.
